*Conditions apply. The Changi Transit Programme is only valid for transit passengers with e-tickets issued from 01/10/2016 to 30/09/2017 (both dates inclusive) and whose departure dates from point of origin is between 01/04/2016 and 31/03/2018 (both dates inclusive). Passengers must be on transit in Singapore on both legs of their journey, which means Singapore is neither the point of origin nor the end destination. Transit passengers on a one-way journey or ticket are not eligible. Passengers’ e-ticket numbers must begin with 618, 629 or 086. Passengers must be travelling on flights operated by Singapore Airlines or SilkAir, both into and out of Singapore. The Changi Dollar Voucher (CDV) can only be claimed once, on either leg of the passenger’s itinerary, regardless if it was issued over two or more separate e-tickets. Passengers must have at least 1 of their transit duration in Changi Airport to be within 24 hours. This is calculated from the Scheduled Time of Arrival (STA) of the arriving flight to Changi Airport to the Scheduled Time of Departure (STD) of the connecting departure flight out of Changi Airport. Passengers must be above 2 years old at the point of ticket issuance and have their own seat - which means that their seat is not shared. The CDV will be issued to transit passengers for their current trip only. Retrospective claims will not be entertained. Changi Airport Group reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Additional terms and conditions apply.
